the room had a coffee machine, a convenient feature. the front desk staff was efficient, facilitating easy check-in.

the street-facing room i had was a bit noisy due to traffic. windows were not soundproof.

Really good service and convenient location!

Check-in was quick. I really liked it. The staff were friendly and very helpful . I stored my luggage with no problems, and the elevator made it easy to move around the hotel. The proximity to public transport, especially the metro, made it easy to get around!

There is a modern coffee machine available in the lobby. I appreciated it. An elevator provided convenient access to all floors. This was very helpful with my luggage. A pool table in the basement offered a leisure option!

The location is fantastic. I loved it. The hotel is very close to the metro and bus stations! This made getting around the city super easy. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. That was great.

The room had two beds. That was more than enough space. My room was quiet. I had no issues relaxing. It was spacious enough. I could easily work in it. It had almost everything I needed.

The staff were kind, helpful, and very professional. Housekeeping kept my room clean. The front desk staff was always eager to assist and made everything more convenient! They provided quick and efficient assistance during check-in and check-out.

excellent experience on st-denis!

clean room convenient location affordable dining

i was impressed with how clean the room was! the hotel is close to vege restaurant and the subway. dining options were great and very affordable. everything was within walking distance. i was able to fully enjoy the jazz festival and squeeze in as many concerts as possible.

the lack of window shades in the room was a small issue, especially since only curtains covered the window. this meant the room was never completely dark, especially with light coming in from under the door. better shades would significantly improve the sleep environment.

the location is AMAZING! it is within walking distance to many attractions. it is also a quick three-minute walk to the main metro station, which connects all the metro lines.
